I led Agile teams, as Product Owner and Scrum Master, for Time Inc's Health.com and ThisOldHouse.com. I collaborated closely with stakeholders to set quarterly business goals; determined and tracked KPIs; created and managed tactical roadmaps and day-to-day Agile team operations; and managed an aggressive A/B testing program. I also partnered with the digital Sales team to create turn-key new sales products, such as the "Fitness Finder" and "Mosaic" image-centric sponsorship page (e.g., Your Healthcare Guide image on this page.)
